What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)is a farming model where the consumer directly supports a local farm(s) by purchasing shares of the harvest in advance.CSA members are our farm's top supporters and are vital in receiving year-round income.

By joining our CSA, you'll:

  • Provide financial stability for Fika Acres Farm during the off-season
  • Build a direct relationship with the farmer (Jess)
  • Get a behind-the-scenes look at our operation
  • Access exclusive perks (see shares for details)
  • Receive regular bouquets via pick-up or delivery
  • Help us plan future seasons by telling us what YOU want

How it Works:

  • 1. Choose what season(s) you’d like bouquets:

    • Spring Share (March or April - May)
    • Summer Share (June - August)
    • Fall Share (September - October)
    • Winter Share (Late December - February)

  • 2. Decide how frequently you’d like bouquets:

    • Monthly - 1 bouquet per month
    • Bi-weekly - 1 bouquet every other week

  • 3. Pick-up or Delivery:

    Pick-up Locations:

    • Lexington Farmers Market (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)
    • Wilmore Porch Pick-up (Fridays)
    • Nicholasville Farmers' Market (Saturdays)

    Delivery (available within a 20 mile radius of Wilmore, KY for an additional fee)

What to Expect

You can expect to receive a large wrapped bouquet with approximately 20-30 stems each pick-up. The bouquet will also include a packet of flower food to extend the vase life of your flowers.

Deliveries will receive a black flower bucket with the first delivery. Each delivery date, simply put water in the bucket and place the bucket on your porch. No need to be home when your flowers arrive!
