Brighten your day with fresh, locally grown flowers with our CSA Bouquet Subscription. Perfect for flower lovers who enjoy a fresh bouquet, our subscription offers five bouquet pickups over five weeks (weekly bouquets).

What's a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a farming model where the consumer directly supports a local farm(s) by purchasing harvest shares in advance. CSA members are our farm's top supporters and are vital in receiving year-round income. Save $40 when you sign up for all 4 seasons!

What's Included:

– 5 Wrapped Bouquets: Each week's bouquet is a unique creation filled with the season's best stems! You can expect to receive a wrapped bouquet with approximately 20-30 stems each week. The bouquet will also include a packet of flower food to extend the vase life of your flowers. Ingredient selections are the grower's choice and include summertime favorites like sunflowers, cosmos, zinnias, and more!

– Weekly Pick-Up: We currently have 2 designated pickup locations:

• Lex Grower's Market (Fayette Mall) – Wednesday (3:00 to 7:00 pm) or Friday (3:00 to 7:00 pm)
• Wilmore Porch Pick-up – Tuesday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) or Thursday (3:00 to 7:00 pm)

More locations may be added at a later date based on member locations. Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Wilmore, KY for an additional fee of $10 per week.

How It Works:

As a flower farmer, Mother Nature is in control of a lot- including when flowers begin blooming. This session is estimated to begin in early July (possibly the second week) and end in August. We'll send an email to subscribers with the start date once we get closer to July!

1. Add to cart: Select your preferred CSA season shares and pick up versus delivery by adding your selections to the cart. Save $40 when you sign up for all 4 seasons! Sold out for 2024.

Shares are $110 each five-week season ($22 per week). Delivery to your home is available for an additional $50 ($10 per week). Because we’re a small, family-run farm, our delivery area is limited to a 20-mile radius around Wilmore, KY. See if you're eligible for delivery at checkout!

We currently offer 4 CSA "seasons" to choose from:

• Early Spring (starts in late March or April)
• Late Spring Share (starts in May)
• Summer Share (starts in July)
• Fall Share (starts in September)

2. Getting your share: We’ll send you an email and text reminder before each pick-up or delivery date.

• Pickup: Arrive at your selected location within the time window for that specific date. Your flowers will be ready for you to grab and go from the labeled CSA flower bucket!
• Delivery: On the first week of the CSA we will provide a black bucket with your bouquet delivery. Each week we will send both email and text messages reminding you to set out your provided black bucket with fresh water.

Want to gift a share? You sure can! Make sure your recipient can pick up their bouquets at the chosen pickup location, or have the bouquets delivered directly to their door (keep in mind our limited delivery radius). We will reach out before the CSA start date to confirm the pick up location and times or the delivery address if applicable and provide instructions. 

THE FINE PRINT

Keep in mind that Fika Acres Farm is a one-woman operation. Our CSA members are our top priority and we do our best to send multiple reminders so you never miss a bouquet.

If you can't pick up one week or need to miss a week, you have a couple of options:

• Notify us AT LEAST 3 days before your pick-up or delivery date to change your pick-up date, location, or delivery address (the new date must still fall within the same "week number" of the CSA).
• Send a friend or family member to pick up your bouquet.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for any missed weeks. We are not responsible for bouquets that are not picked up or taken in from delivery.
